Garret Paul Kilmer

Garret Paul Kilmer is an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at IE University in Spain. He specializes in bridging scientific rigor with practical HR applications, focusing on translating human behavior into data through psychometrics and workplace assessments. His expertise includes organizational development, transformation, and cross-cultural management.
