Fernando Pons is a part-time Associate Professor at the Department of Social Psychology, University of Valencia. He holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia and a Master's in HR Management and Organization from ESIC. With over twenty years of professional experience, he has held HR and management roles across financial, industrial, and retail sectors, alongside directing consulting projects in HR and management.

His research focuses on Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, and Innovation. This interdisciplinary work bridges industry practices with psychological principles to explore organizational dynamics and workforce development.
