Galadriel Hovel-Miner

Galadriel Hovel-Miner, Ph.D. (Columbia University, 2009), is an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Stony Brook University's Renaissance School of Medicine. Her research leverages cutting-edge genetics and cell biology to combat Trypanosomatid parasites causing diseases like African Trypanosomiasis, Chagas disease, and Leishmaniasis, which affect over 1 billion people globally.
