Gabriele Gabrielli

Gabriele Gabrielli serves as Adjunct Professor of Compensation and Human Resources Management at the European University of Rome, where he co-directs the Master's Degree in Sustainable Human Resource Management, and teaches Organization and Human Resources Management as well as People Management and Reward at Luiss University. He concurrently leads People Management Lab Srl as CEO—a certified B Corporation and Benefit Corporation—and founded the non-profit Fondazione Lavoroperlapersona ETS, reflecting his integrated academic-corporate career spanning decades of executive HR roles at Telecom Italia, Wind, Gruppo Coin, Enel Produzione, and Ferrovie dello Stato.

His research examines Human Resource Management practices through the lens of Organizational Behavior and Relational Goods, emphasizing sustainability, workplace well-being, and ethical care for employees. Current work explores Industry 4.0 organizational challenges, dignity restoration in modern workspaces, and stakeholder-purpose alignment, as evidenced by recent publications like Regenerating the Dignity of Work (2023) and Redesigning Work (2022), which bridge theoretical frameworks with practical HR innovation for socially responsible business models.

Through People Management Lab and his foundation, Gabrielli operationalizes research into actionable strategies for sustainable human resource management, leveraging his corporate experience to develop educational programs and consultancy frameworks. His leadership in the Master's Degree in Sustainable HRM directly translates research insights into curriculum design, while his foundation drives policy advocacy for human-centered workplace transformation across Italian industries.
