Dr. Gabriela Uribe Guajardo is a Research Fellow at the Leeder Centre for Health Policy, Economics and Data within the Sydney School of Public Health. She currently manages the Centre of Research Excellence for Integrated Community-Care for People with Complex Multi-morbidities Project, focusing on improving health outcomes through stakeholder engagement and policy innovation. Her work bridges mental health promotion, comorbidity management, and culturally competent care delivery.
