Gabriela Russ-Popa (Mag. Dr.) is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Oriental and European Archaeology (OeAI) within the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Her work focuses on archaeological and historical material analysis, particularly objects made of skin, parchment, leather, and fur, alongside investigations into Iron Age leather and fur technologies.
