Giulia Ferrari serves as a Research Fellow in the Department of Law at Bocconi University, actively teaching specialized courses for the 2025/2026 academic year including Advanced Companies and Business Law - Antitrust Law (course codes 12584 and 50101), Legal Issues in Marketing (20139), Competition Law and Practice (20749), and Regulatory Law (30643).
Her research concentrates on Competition Law and Antitrust Law, extending into Business Law frameworks, Regulatory Law mechanisms, and Marketing Law applications. This specialization is consistently reflected across her current and previous course offerings.
