Dr. Gözde KOSA is an Associate Professor at Kafkas University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, with a full-time position since 2017. She previously held roles at Kafkas University’s Sarıkamış Faculty of Tourism (2016-2017) and Kocaeli University (2002-2003). Currently, she serves as Advisor to the Rector and Vice Dean at Kafkas University. Her research focuses on Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, and Organizational Behavior, with recent work on digital transformation, emotional labor, and leadership models.
