Fulay Ulupinar serves as a Lecturer in the History Teaching and History Department at Near East University while concurrently pursuing her doctoral degree in the History Department at the same institution. Born in Nicosia in 1999, she completed her high school education at Nicosia Turkish High School and has remained at Near East University for her graduate studies, earning two master's degrees in History and History Education.

Research Interests: Ulupinar's scholarly work centers on History Education, with a specialization in Cypriot Turkish History and the application of educational technology. Her master's thesis, completed in 2023, examined how technological materials impact student learning in 10th-grade Cypriot Turkish History courses, demonstrating her dedication to modernizing historical pedagogy through digital tools. Her current research continues to explore innovative methodologies for teaching regional history within Turkish Cypriot educational contexts.
