Clemens Fuchs is a Full Professor for Discrete Mathematics at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg since 2012. He leads the Discrete Mathematics Research Group and serves as Speaker of the professors in the Faculty of Digital and Analytical Sciences (2022–present) and Vice-Head of the Department of Mathematics (2019–present).
- Education: PhD in Mathematics (2002, TU Graz), Habilitation at TU Graz (2006) and ETH Zürich (2007).
- Research: Focuses on number theory, Diophantine equations, and computational aspects of discrete mathematics.
Professional Contributions: Organizer of the Salzburg Mathematics Colloquium since 2013, editorial roles for Mathematica Bohemica and International Mathematical News, and active in academic governance (Senate member at Paris Lodron University of Salzburg).
