Frédéric Lecerf

Frédéric Lecerf is a researcher at Institut Agro Rennes-Angers within the Department of Animal Production, Agrifood, Nutrition (P3AN) and the UMR PEGASE unit (Physiology, Environment and Genetics for Animals and Livestock Systems). His work bridges teaching and research in animal genetics.

• Teaching: Genetic analysis of traits, animal selection, genetic mapping, genomics, and bioinformatics for Agro Rennes-Angers Institute trainings (personal projects, research internships, tutored courses).
• Research: Focus on genetic variability of complex traits through mapping and genomics; genome structuring and gene expression regulation; functional genome annotation.
