Dr. Freek van Ede is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Behavioural and Movement Sciences, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Cognitive Psychology. He leads the Proactive Brain Lab, focusing on how the brain prepares for upcoming behavior through attention and working memory. His research employs EEG, eye-tracking, and virtual reality to study dynamic cognitive processes.
