Fredrik Kopsch is a Senior Lecturer at Real Estate Science and a researcher at Socioeconomic Technology Studies (SoeTech) at Lund University. He is also a doctoral student at the Department of Economic History and the "Growth, technological change, and inequality" program.
His research focuses on regional and urban economics, particularly real estate and housing markets, with emphasis on rental market dynamics and their social outcomes. He contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through work on housing equity, land use, and socioeconomic sustainability.
