Fred Inglis is a PhD Researcher at the University of East Anglia's School of Education and Lifelong Learning, funded by the SeNSS/ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership. He is supervised by Dr. Simon Hammond and Dr. Karen Bunning.

- Focuses on education-to-work transitions for young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
- Advocates for accessibility adjustments in qualitative research participation
His research employs innovative qualitative methods to address historical marginalization of SEND individuals in the UK workforce and improve research inclusivity practices.
