Frantz Farreau

Frantz Farreau is an Adjunct Professor and a practicing real estate attorney/broker associate at HomeSmart Realty West. His expertise includes resolving title issues, 1031 exchanges, and assisting first-time home sellers. He holds a neuroscience undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and a law degree from the College of William and Mary Marshall Wythe College of Law.

Professional service roles include membership on the San Diego Association of Realtors' education and grievance committees, treasurer of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section Executive Committee, and board member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego.

Outside professional duties, he volunteers with the Insight Prison Project’s Victim Offender Education Group, enjoys vintage social dancing, hiking, and classical piano.
