Frans Ørsted Andersen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Psychology within the Danish School of Education at Aarhus University. He has conducted extensive studies on vulnerable youth, teacher shortages, Nordic educational policies, and the well-being of military veterans in educational settings.
