Frans Viljoen

Prof Frans Viljoen is a Professor of International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria. He holds qualifications including a BLC, LLB (University of Pretoria), LLM (University of Cambridge), MA, and LLD (University of Pretoria). His expertise spans human rights in Africa, international human rights law, constitutionalism, democratic transitions, and sexual minority rights.
