Dr. Frank Wittchow is a former Private Lecturer in Latin Studies at the Institute of Classical Philology, Humboldt University of Berlin (until 2013). His academic career includes a doctorate (1999) and habilitation (2007) in Latin, focusing on Roman literature and cultural studies. He held research positions at HU Berlin and collaborated on projects such as the Collaborative Research Centre 'Cultures of the Performative' (1999–2001).
