Frank Whiteley

Frank Whiteley serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, a position he has held since 2006. Licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas with admission to all Federal Courts in Louisiana, he maintains active legal practice alongside academic responsibilities.

His educational credentials include a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University (1987) and a Juris Doctor from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU (1990), establishing a foundation for interdisciplinary legal expertise.

Professional focus centers on Workers' Compensation Law and Energy Law, with significant contributions through Continuing Legal Education seminars. He has chaired the Lorman Workers' Compensation Seminar for many years, demonstrating leadership in specialized legal training.
