Frank Lindh

Frank Lindh is a part-time Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law with nearly 40 years of experience in energy law practice. His expertise encompasses regulatory frameworks, public utilities governance, and energy policy development. Previously served as General Counsel of the California Public Utilities Commission and held leadership positions including President of the Western Chapter of the Energy Bar Association.

Awarded the 2024 Hon. Ira Brown Adjunct Faculty Award for teaching excellence and recognized as 2021 State and Provincial Practitioner of the Year by the Energy Bar Association. Maintains an active legal practice alongside teaching responsibilities.
