Frank J. Lynott III

Frank J. Lynott III, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the School of Education at Peru State College in Peru, Nebraska. He currently serves as the Faculty Athletic Representative (FAR) for the 2023-24 academic year. With extensive teaching experience spanning K-12 environments in diverse locations—including South Korea, Kuwait, rural Alaska, and suburban California—Dr. Lynott bridges practical and academic pedagogy. He also teaches at the university level, focusing on cultivating educators dedicated to delivering Quality Physical Education.

His research centers on the development and implementation of Quality Physical Education frameworks, emphasizing inclusive and effective teaching methodologies. This work aligns with his mission to empower future physical educators to serve all student populations equitably.
