Dr Frank Alparslan is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at the University of Northampton's Department of Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour. He is affiliated with the Centre for Sustainable Business Practices and contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals through his research. Frank holds a PhD in Business & Law from Istanbul Gelisim University (2023), an MBA in Aviation from the University of North Alabama (2004), and a Bachelor's in Aviation Business Administration (2001).
His research interests span aviation sustainability, project management, cybersecurity, and sustainable logistics. Key focuses include decarbonization strategies, safety management systems, and the impact of emerging technologies on business operations.
