Dr. Francisco Herrera is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Granada, Spain. With over 400 journal publications, 62,000 citations, and an H-index of 125, his research spans soft computing, data science, and decision-making systems. He has supervised 42 PhD students and authored influential books in fuzzy systems and data mining.
