Francisco Alberto Ibarra Palafox

Francisco Alberto Ibarra Palafox serves as a Full-Time Senior Researcher "C" at UNAM's Institute of Legal Research (IIJ-UNAM) and professor in the Graduate Studies Division of the Faculty of Law. A National Researcher Level III with CONACYT, he is a founding member of the Faculty of Law's Doctoral Faculty and active in the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law.
