Francis Kaklauskas is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Humanistic Psychology at Saybrook University. With over 25 years of clinical experience, he has worked in community mental health, forensic psychology, and served as Clinical Director of a dual diagnosis residential treatment center. He currently focuses on leading process groups, training, and consultation for clinicians and professors. His affiliations include past roles as part-time faculty at Naropa University and Director of the Group Psychotherapy Training Program at the University of Colorado.
He is a founding board member of the Colorado Group Psychotherapy Society and the Rocky Mountain Humanistic Psychology and Counseling Association. As a Fellow of the American Group Psychotherapy Association, he has contributed to national task forces addressing psychotherapy research and diversity initiatives. His research interests emphasize Humanistic and Existential Psychology, coupled with practical applications in group dynamics and inclusive therapeutic practices.
