Franci Crepeau-Hobson

Franci Crepeau-Hobson is a Professor and Program Director at the School of Education & Human Development, University of Colorado Denver. Since joining in 2006, she has led the development of the PsyD program in School Psychology and its accreditation. Her research focuses on youth suicide prevention, crisis response, school violence prevention, and psychological assessment. She actively contributes to national and state crisis response teams and consults with schools on crisis preparedness.

Research Interests: Her work addresses critical areas in school psychology, including suicide prevention strategies, post-crisis intervention frameworks, and systemic approaches to school safety. She specializes in applying psychological assessment tools within crisis management contexts.
