Francesco Vidè is a Lecturer in Government, Health and Not for Profit at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Since 2020, he has led the Government Academy, overseeing executive open courses for public managers and civil servants. His work bridges research, education, and action research on organizational design and strategic human resource management in public-sector organizations.
- Master's degree in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations from Bocconi University
- Ph.D. candidate in Public Management and Governance at the University of Rome - Tor Vergata
His research focuses on competency-based HR practices, including competency models, skill-gap analysis, performance appraisal, training, recruitment, and selection in the public sector. He has contributed to numerous reports, articles, and working papers on public sector performance and HR management, co-authoring the book La valutazione della performance individuale. Francesco teaches at the Executive Master in Management of Public Administrations (EMMAP) and contributes to the PNRR Lab and SDABocconi4Government project, supporting institutional adaptation to PNRR government funding requirements.
