Francesco Di Ciommo

Francesco Di Ciommo is a Full Professor of Private Law at Luiss Guido Carli University, where he has served as Vice Rector since 2021. He also teaches Corporate Governance at the university. As a cassation lawyer, Prof. Di Ciommo holds scientific qualification as a full professor of Economics and Banking and Financial Markets Law.

He has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Previndai Fund and Banca Widiba S.p.A., and as an independent director of SACE Bt S.p.A.
