Alberto Di Chiara

Alberto Di Chiara is a Research Fellow in Constitutional Law at the Department of Law of LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy. His current research project, titled “Shifting paradigms: the influence of the One Health approach on constitutionalist categories. Towards a fundamental right to a healthy environment,” is supervised by Prof. Raffaele Bifulco. He completed his PhD in European Union Law and National Law at the University of Ferrara in June 2022.
