Francesca Milton is a Lecturer in Operating Department Practice at the College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences, Sheffield Hallam University. She serves as Placement Lead for the ODP team and Module Lead for Clinical Education. Her expertise spans clinical education, human factors, and interprofessional learning. She co-led a research project on Recruitment and Retention (2013) addressing challenges in Operating Department Practice and Radiotherapy & Oncology fields.
