Professor Emmajane Milton is a Professor of Educational Practice at Cardiff University's School of Social Sciences, with over 20 years of leadership experience across academia, policy, and statutory education sectors. She holds a National Teaching Fellowship (2018) and is a strategic leader in organizations like the International Professional Development Association and Qualifications Wales (appointed 2025).
