Prof. Francesca Angelini is an Associate Professor of Public Law at Sapienza University of Rome, affiliated with the Department of Economics and Law. She holds a PhD in Public Law of the Economy and has been habilitated as a Full Professor in Constitutional Law. Her research focuses on constitutional principles, migration law, bioethics, and educational policies. She serves on the Board of the PhD Program in Public Law and co-edits the 'Sovranità, Federalismo, Diritti' series. She has organized national conferences and held visiting fellowships at the University of Montpellier and the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg.
Her educational background includes a cum laude degree in Political Sciences from the University of Pisa and a research doctorate from Sapienza. Her work spans monographs on European constitutional integration, medical assisted procreation, and legal pluralism. Recent articles address migrant religious freedom, reproductive rights, and constitutional challenges to healthcare policies.
Prof. Angelini’s publications critically analyze judicial decisions on bioethical issues, constitutional reforms, and the intersection of law with science. She contributes to debates on family law, education autonomy, and the role of constitutional principles in socio-economic crises. She actively participates in academic boards and editorial roles to advance legal scholarship and public policy discourse.
