Frances K. Harper is an Associate Professor and Unit Head of Interdisciplinary Learning & Teaching at the University of Tennessee's College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. Her research focuses on equity in mathematics education, emphasizing identity, power dynamics, and cultural relevance in teaching practices.
