Her research explores political ecologies of health, resource politics, and postcolonial health narratives in African literatures. Her upcoming book, Postcolonial Health in African Literatures: Environmental and Epidemiological Fictions (Liverpool University Press), analyzes how African writers subvert global health imaginaries and articulate health crises across scales. Current projects include studying EU-African energy geopolitics and 'African gas' in climate transitions, alongside emerging climatological narratives in global African literatures.
No specific scientific awards are listed, though her Wellcome Trust funding highlights research excellence. She has no listed advising roles or grants beyond her fellowships. No lab affiliations are mentioned.
