Frédéric Herrmann is a Lecturer in British Civilization at Lumière Lyon 2 University since 2006. His research focuses on 17th-century British political and religious thought, particularly the social history of political debates, radical movements, and historiography of revolutions. He holds a Doctorate in History (2005) and has taught at institutions including the University of Toulouse II and Royal Holloway, University of London.
