Fotheringham Alexander Stewart

Alexander Stewart Fotheringham is a Professor of Computational Spatial Science at Arizona State University (2014-present). He has held numerous leadership and faculty roles globally, including Director of the Centre for GeoInformatics at the University of St Andrews (2011-2014), SFI Research Professor at the National University of Ireland (2004-2011), and Professor of Quantitative Geography at the University of Newcastle (1994-2004). His career spans institutions in the UK, Ireland, USA, and Canada, with a focus on spatial statistics and interdisciplinary applications.
