Mr. Floris DE KRIJGER is a guest FWO Aspirant Fundamental Researcher at Hasselt University, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Department of Social Sciences. He is part of the Research Group on Digitalization, Diversity and Democracy.

Research Focus: Digitalization, diversity, democracy, political economy, feminist studies, queer studies, and social movements.
Teaching: Member of the teaching team for Sociology I and Sociology of Contemporary Work and Organizations (Academic Year 2024-2025).
Projects: Leading research on Merkactivisme (2021-2025) and collaborating at UC Berkeley's Gender & Women's Studies Department.
