Floris Barthel

Floris Barthel is an Assistant Professor in the Neuroscience (PhD) program at Arizona State University (ASU), leading the Barthel Lab at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) in Phoenix. His research focuses on cancer genomics, particularly glioma evolution, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like long-read sequencing (PacBio Revio, Oxford Nanopore Promethion) and spatial transcriptomics (10X Xenium, Vizgen MERSCOPE).
