Dr. Florinda De Simini is affiliated with the Università degli Studi di Napoli 'L'Orientale' and served as a Petra Kappert Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Manuscript Cultures (CSMC), University of Hamburg, from October 2015 to April 2016. Her work focuses on manuscript cultures and cultural heritage, particularly within Oriental studies contexts. She holds a research position at her home institution and has contributed to interdisciplinary research on written cultural heritage preservation. During her fellowship, she engaged with international scholars and projects related to manuscript analysis and cultural studies.
