Dr. Florina Erbeli is an Associate Professor with tenure in the Department of Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University's College of Education and Human Development. She holds a Ph.D. in special education from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and completed postdoctoral training at the Florida Center for Reading Research and Florida State University's Department of Psychology.
Her research focuses on:

- Typical and atypical reading development pathways
- Predictive factors of reading achievement
- Literacy outcomes for underserved populations
- Machine learning applications in reading disability diagnosis
She has received numerous prestigious awards recognizing her research contributions, including:
