Florian Urban

Florian Urban is Head of the History of Architecture and Urban Studies (HAUS) department at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, part of The Glasgow School of Art. With a distinguished career spanning multiple decades, Professor Urban has established himself as a leading scholar in architectural history, urban studies, and the analysis of mass housing developments across different political and cultural contexts.

Professor Urban's research interests focus on several interconnected areas within architectural and urban scholarship.
