معرفی
Dr. Fleur Dolman is a Grant-Funded Researcher at the University of Adelaide's School of Agriculture, Food and Wine within the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology. She is part of Dr. Jenny Mortimer's Plant Synthetic Biology group, focusing on plant glycobiology and the role of glycosyltransferases in cell-cell adhesion. Her research integrates molecular genetics and synthetic biology to understand plant cell wall components and their functional implications. Located at the Plant Research Centre in the Waite campus, she contributes to interdisciplinary projects addressing agricultural challenges.
Her research interests span plant glycobiology, cell wall biosynthesis, and herbicide resistance mechanisms. Recent work includes identifying glycosyltransferases critical for plant cell adhesion and overcoming embryo lethality through gene editing. Earlier studies explored herbicide resistance in weeds, contributing to sustainable agronomic practices.
