Flavio De Rezende is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal. He serves as the lead surgeon for the Argus retinal implant in Quebec and maintains a clinical-research affiliation with CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal – Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont.
