Flavia Franzini Dip is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate at the Faculty of Society & Design, Bond University. She holds a Bachelor of Teaching from the State University of Campinas and a Master of TESOL from Griffith University. Currently, she teaches Academic English at Bond University College while pursuing her PhD research focused on critical thinking in education.

Her research explores strategies to cultivate critical thinking environments in classrooms and examines horizontal student-teacher dynamics. Her 2019 article on the sociology of childhood and participatory learning reflects her focus on peer culture and children's agency. The work intersects with broader themes in education, social sciences, and technology. She actively engages in professional development activities related to digital assessment tools, including Cadmus training at Bond University.
