Firat K. Sayin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University. His research focuses on workplace diversity, employment inequalities, and occupational health and safety from a multi-level perspective, particularly examining workers with multiple identities such as immigrants, people with disabilities, personal support workers, and midwives. He teaches organizational behavior, management, and human resources courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Research Interests
