Fiorella Montero-Diaz is a Senior Lecturer in Ethnomusicology at Keele University, where she serves as Director of Programmes for Music and Music Technology. She holds a PhD from Royal Holloway, University of London and has been pivotal in shaping cultural policies in Peru. Her research focuses on music's role in social justice, race/class equity, and post-conflict societies, particularly in Lima.
