Dr. Fiona Johnstone is an Assistant Professor in Visual Medical Humanities at the Institute for Medical Humanities, Durham University, and a leading figure in the intersection of art history and medical humanities. She holds a PhD in History of Art from Birkbeck, University of London, and has spearheaded initiatives such as the Visual and Material Lab (2023-2030) and co-directing the Confabulations series.
