Fiona Holland is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and Behaviour Change at the University of Derby, affiliated with the College of Health, Psychology and Social Care and the School of Psychology. She specializes in qualitative research, particularly Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), focusing on health and well-being, nature connectedness, and body appreciation.
