Fiona Eva Bakas serves as Assistant Professor at the Institute of Geography and Territorial Planning, University of Lisbon, Portugal, and holds a Visiting Research Fellowship at the Center of Excellence in Food, Tourism & Leisure, Deree, The American College of Greece.
