Finbarr McCarthy is a Professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he has served since 1991. Originally from Ireland, he holds a B.A. (Mod) from Trinity College Dublin, a Ph.D. in American Literature and J.D. from Tulane University, and a post-graduate diploma from the University of Amsterdam.
